| Top and bottom halves are bolted together with five 4” wide channel irons with six 1/2” grade 5 bolts (3 on top and 3 on bottom); receiving anchors are cast into the concrete walls. The seam where the two pieces of the shelter come together is notched and is caulked inside and out. |

| The basic storm shelter has a 32” x 40” door. If a hill is near, a 32” x 69-1/2” door is available for an additional charge. Both doors can be opened inwards should something block it from the outside. Four 1/2” anchors in the ceiling provide easy mounting of hooks or lumber.
